I've signed up for CAN but haven't received a confirmation email

The most common reason for not receiving a confirmation email is that it's caught by an over-zealous spam filter, so it's a good idea to look in there first.


Here are some instructions for how to search the spam folders of major email clients:

If there is nothing in your spam folder, you can request that the confirmation email be resent. 


To do this, click the "Register" link on the CAN homepage


Next, click the "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" link in the "Related tasks" navigation pane


Re-enter your email address in the box provided and click the "Resend confirmation instructions" button
